CHAPTER 53: Bad Day

"It does not matter how badly you paint, so long as you don't paint badly like other people." - George Moore

Had a bad day today. A post to vent out my anger and frustration. Fu-k.

HCI presentation for assignment. When it was my turn, it didn’t turn out well. It was hard for to explain what I understood and did on my part in the assignment itself. Then when Palvin asked me some questions, it was hard for me to answer them, as it was difficult to get the right answer and jumbled them up together to answer. Furthermore, she said that I left out a vital part in justification part, so I was damn pissed about that ‘cause it disasterly affects my marks on my part in the assignment. Fu-k HCI project. Fu-k the subject.

In the evening, the APIIT football team had a friendly match with an under-18 boys team from some school. Held at the Royal Selangor club at Bukit Kiara, I made my there as fast as possible after CNI class finished.
Arrived when game was already on the way, it was the first half.
The APIIT team didn’t really dominate and impose themselves on the younger kids.
Some of those boys were short, but several of them were around the same size as some of the APIIT footballers. One to mention though, their goalkeeper is really short! I mean he’s like around Ganesan or Yi Yoong’s height! They looked a bit more organized.
Didn’t get selected to play, so that was a bummer. Anand was busy analyzing throughout the whole match, and he wasn’t sure where to put me on the field, as he asked me. Time ticked by and the game finished.

APIIT football team 3 – 4 Under-18 Boys team.

The last goal from the under-18 boys was a penalty (coolly slotted by the kid who sent it the wrong way for the APIIT team keeper to dive). Last goal of the game was from the APIIT team, an excellent freekick by on of the Indian guys who I still don’t know his name (the tall guy). The freekick I thought, was reminiscent to the one that Del Pierro had against Rapid Vienna last year…..

At the end of the game, the APIIT team had a lecturing from both coaches, Anand and Visva. They were disappointed and unhappy with the performance, more so Anand. Visva could still take it lightly and smile and joke, Anand not so. So he took some points and pointed some mistakes from the team, and also from some players. All those guys were tensioned. Not only that, they themselves were arguing with each other, criticizing each other. They themselves were having a bad moment and were in a slump following the outcome of the match.
