CHAPTER 54 : Futsal, first-time

"You were born with wings. Why prefer to crawl through life?" - Rumi

Played futsal for the first time in my life. Previously, the only other version of football/soccer that I played was street soccer, and that also wasn’t entirely in a street soccer environment. Nonetheless, the activity did today was in a futsal environment and surroundings.

Played at a futsal complex called the Cage at Endah parade. I saw there were two main courts, that had black nets covering the whole thing up, hence like a cage form. One of the courts was taken up by the team that me and some friends were going to play with.
Me, Shoun, Afzal and Ricky made our way to Endah parade from Shoun’s place, around 5.45 pm. We arrived there around 6:15 pm. Made our way to the 5th floor (that’s where the Cage is located).
As we arrived, met up with the opposition who were already playing.
They consists of Isra, who set this whole activity up. Then there was William (who played as keeper most of the time). Then others were Ampang Guy (Rafeeq), Vyannan (also playing football for APIIT football team), Labib (if I’m not mistaken his name), another Indonesian who I don’t know (the guy was the only one bare footed), then a tall Malay guy called Amir also. Basically the latter guys were those in the same HCI class as us.
Later Narendran joined in.

It was very exhausting. Energy draining. But good nonetheless. Everybody had a good time.
Fist time, Shoun, Afzal, Ricky, William and I formed a team against Isra and his homeboys. Second time, we mixed around.
