Positives
- Barça obtained the victory. That’s 3 more points added to the league table for the team.
- After the disappointment recent run, not only did Barça won but also kept a clean sheet.
- 1st goal scored was from a set-piece.
- A positive point for Sergio Busquets as he scored that goal. Another good personal achievement and work for him.
- Messi scored, and from a penalty. He further added his goal tally for the season.
- A good overall game from Barcelona at Camp Nou.
- The other positive point to say here is that together with Barça’s victory, Real Madrid’s draw with Atletico made Barcelona climbed up the league table by a further two points. Barcelona now is six points ahead of Madrid. A real big positive point.
Negatives
- The numerous finishing chances that the team had!
- Eto’o had some difficult opportunities to score but rightly I believe that he should have buried those chances.
- Henry’s finishing ought to have been better.
- There were also moments that shots hit the post/ crossbar. Iniesta hitting once and Eto’o’s shots had hit them twice.
- Barcelona did not manage to score in the second half.
