CHAPTER 138: Barcelona - Sevilla [analysis]

Positives

• 3 points from a victory (definite positive).
• Another strong performance from Messi, with two goals (including a coolly slotted penalty). He’s really making a case of being the best footballer on the planet! There was also the Ronaldinho gesture from him as well.

Negatives

• Barcelona had a shaky end to the game, where after a 2 goal lead, Sevilla was pressing and they had their goal with Kanoute scoring. I call it a mislap of Barça’s defence.
• It was unlucky that Henry had his chance only for the ball to hit the post and didn’t go in the goal. That was one moment where you was hoping so much for the goal to happen after Henry’s good run and shooting through Palop but just that the ball had to hit the goalpost was a real frustrating moment.
