Antonio Puerta
Even though I’m not a supporter of Sevilla FC, it’s still sad and shocking to learn of Puerta’s demise (following on the deaths of Foe, Feher and others) more so when it concerns the Spanish league, the football league that I follow. It’s quite sad and tragic as well when Puerta’s partner is expecting their first child several months time.
After seeing images and clips of Puerta collapsing on the pitch, and seeing him conscious again on walking on the sideline into the dressing room, I didn’t thought that it would be the last that Puerta would see of life.
The world has lost another footballer.
