CHAPTER 64: MARA's late call

"Kecemerlangan Anda Kejayaan Kami" - MARA

Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) had contacted my home today, as I was attending Triple D’s buffer week class. As the class finished, I switched on my handphone to notice that my parents contacted me. After calling them, they notified me. I had to go home.

MARA had approved my loan for my studying fees at APIIT. My father and me went to MARA headquarters in town after Friday prayers. We met and listened to one of their staffs who handled my application, and he gave me a set of various forms. Those forms were all the same, similar forms and documents to the ones that I had filled in before from my UniKL-BMI days.
Now I have to fill ‘em up as quick as possible, to ease some financial complication.

As we went back home, my father mentioned that “Ini adalah satu rahmat. A blessing.”.
For you see, ever since joining APIIT last year, it’s been compensated by my parents’ efforts. Applied for a loan from the PTPTN, but failed. After that, even tried applying loan from the Persekutuan Anak-Anak Wilayah Persekutuan, but they never replied.

Now, with God’s will, I got help from MARA. I really have to give thanks to my father, as he was the one who considered the idea to apply from MARA. And he also was the one who pushed this thing possible as best as he could, as I was busy with studying and assignments (what with APIIT’s 9-5 lifestyle). With the loan approved, now I really gotta ensure I do well in my studies, especially level 3.
