CHAPTER 47: Swimming & Football with ex-St John's

“I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing” - Carlos Lopez

Had two heavy sporting activities this week. One was swimming. Other was football.

Went for swimming last Wednesday. Went with fellow brotherhoods Shoun and Afzal.
Took place at the National Aquatic Centre at Bukit Jalil, as that’s the palce where the APIIT swimming club held their activitites.
Before this, I hadn’t swum for years. Can’t really remember when exactly was the last time I had a swim. I think it was some time around 2000.
The other members of the swimming club were there, although the club advisor Ms Antonia didn’t take part.

Today, me and Shoun went and played football with Mahfouz, who’s in Level 1. Played with him and some of his mates who were previous St John students. Played football at St John’s primary school pitch for free, but the pitch was not so good. Very muddy.

Exhausting stuffs.
Anyhow, those two activities proved that my fitness level’s crap. Sh-t, I need to jog more and lift more. Crap.
